The printer is refurbished and certified by us (IOT) a service company who has been fixing printers since 1995 - so we're completely accountable for the quality of the printer so you know you're not just getting some piece of junk. The printer comes with a 90 day warranty. We remain accountable to fix or replace any part on that printer within that period.
